For leaders who want AI to help, not add more work.

If you have been reading for a while, thank you. I want to say that plainly before anything else.

The Logical Box started at the end of 2024. I tried a news format early on. It did not feel right. In January 2025 I shifted to what this became: a weekly training brief focused on one idea, one pattern, one move you could take into your week.

I believed in that format. I still do.

But after twelve months of consistent work without real growth I needed to keep going at this pace, I am putting The Logical Box on pause after this issue. I do not know yet if this is temporary or permanent. You deserve honesty more than you deserve a clean ending I cannot promise.

What I do know is that the problem this newsletter kept returning to is real. Unclear work is still the reason most AI initiatives stall. That does not change while I am quiet, and neither do I.

In the meantime, there are over fifty issues in the archive. If you missed any, they are worth going back through. Each one was built to stand alone, but they build on each other.
