Your AI Results Are Only as Good as Your Questions
How to Stop Wasting Time with Bad AI Inputs

Welcome to The Logical Box!
Your guide to making AI work for you.
Hey,
Andrew here from The Logical Box, where I break down AI so it’s easy to understand and even easier to use.
Most people think AI is about having the best tools.
It’s not.
It’s about asking better questions.
When you give AI vague, rushed, or unclear inputs…
You get vague, rushed, and unclear outputs.
If you want better answers from AI, you need better instructions.
In this mini-training, I am going to show you:
How to fix 3 common mistakes that ruin your AI results.
These are the same mistakes I’ll be walking people through live in next week’s AI training.
Mistake #1: Asking AI to “Help” Without Telling It How
Bad Input:
“Help me improve this process.”
Better Input:
“I need a step-by-step list to improve my client onboarding process. Keep it simple and focus on saving time.”
See the difference? One sounds like a cry for help.
The other gives clear direction.
Mistake #2: Forgetting the End Goal
Bad Input:
“What are AI tools I can use for my business?”
Better Input:
“I run a small marketing agency. I want AI tools that help me write LinkedIn posts faster and create client reports with less effort. Can you recommend 3 options with clear pros and cons?”
Specific inputs get specific outputs.
Mistake #3: Leaving Out the Details That Matter
Bad Input:
“Write a sales email.”
Better Input:
“Write a short, friendly sales email to small business owners. The goal is to introduce them to our AI training workshop and invite them to book a 15-minute call.”
You do not need to be perfect.
You just need to be clear.
Quick Tip to Remember:
Clear AI prompts usually answer these 3 questions:
What do you want?
Why do you need it?
How should it look or sound?
Stick to this, and your AI answers will get sharper.
Why This Matters to You
These small tweaks save hours.
They lead to faster answers.
Better ideas.
Stronger outcomes.
And they stop AI from spinning its wheels (and yours).
Want to practice this with me live?
I will show you how to build these habits step-by-step in Monday’s AI training.
I would love to see you there.
It’s built for busy people who want practical results, not AI theory.
